The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.912 of 2025, under Sections 109 of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Subhash Nagar, District Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that though, the applicant has been assigned the role of assault by sharp-edged weapon, however, the injured Irshad Ahmad has received one injury of incised wound on his left side of lower back, which is not vital
