Heard Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Uma Shanker Misrha, learned AGA for the State-respondents and Sri Whaquar Ahamd, learned counsel for the first informant and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 666 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 191(2), 191(3), 351(3), 352, 131, 190, 115(2) BNS and Section 7 of CLA Act, registered at Police Station Chibbramau District Kannauj, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 22.1.2026. It is further submitted that the co-accused Faiz Khan has already been granted
