Srivastava, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.509 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 131, 3(5) BNS and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is innocent and on the basis of false and general allegation he has been made accused in the present matter alongwith three others. 4. He next submits, however as per allegation applicant and three others inflicted knife injury to the injured and injured also sustained four injuries but from the X-Ray report it reflects, no bony lesion was found and therefore his injury was not dangerous to life.
