The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 390 of 2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 308(2), 351(2), 115(2), 126(2), 161(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
