The present application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime no. 390 of 2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 308(2), 351(2), 115(2), 126(2), 161(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh with the prayer that in the event of arrest, the applicant may be released on bail. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 03.10.2025.
