Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. for the State submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is the Rojgar Sewak and it is alleged that applicant has demanded a sum of Rs. 10,000/- for passing of the bills and vouchers. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that subsequently trap team was constituted and applicant has been apprehended. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the independent witness of the trap team as per the Investigating Officer was called on 9.12.2025, however, as per the independent witness they were called on 10.12.2025.
