The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 512 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985, registered at P.S. Kotwali, District Shahjahanpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that 157.80 grams of charas is said to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant which is less below the commercial quantity.
