The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.172 of 2025, under Section 35(1), BNSS and Sections 317(2), 317(4), 319(2), 318(4) BNS and Section 9/25 Arms Act, Police Station Phephna, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is innocent and on the basis of false and general allegation of recovery of stolen property he has been made accused in the present matter alongwith three others and other accused have already been released on bail by court concerned.
