The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 238-A of B.N.S., Police Station- Todifatehpur, District- Jhansi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, as per the prosecution story, an unclaimed dead body of a woman was recovered on 13.08.2025, and postmortem of the same was conducted on 17.08.2025; therefore, an FIR was lodged on 19.08.2025 by the Sub-Inspector of Police against unknown persons for causing the murder of the deceased. Subsequently, the brother of the deceased filed an application before the police on 20.08.2025, mentioning therein that he had a doubt over co-accused Sanju @ Sa
