The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.235 of 2025, under Section 109 of BNS and Section 3/7, 25, 27 of Arms Act (corresponding section 307 IPC), Police Station Gadwar, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegations, applicant along with co-accused Angad Kumar opened fire upon police party but admittedly none of the police personnel sustained injuries. 4.
