The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 143 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85 BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Sarai Khwaja, District Jaunpur during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He further submits, however, post mortem report suggests that deceased died due to head injury but deceased sustained these injuries accidentally while she fell down but after her death in haste her father lodged FIR of the present case. 5.
