The brief facts of the case are that the F.I.R. dated 14.03.2025 has been lodged under Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS (old Sections 354, 323, 504, 506 IPC respectively) against the applicant alleging therein that on 14.03.2025 when the mother of the informant had gone to agricultural field for cutting grass, the applicant had tried to tease her mother and beaten her and when she shouted, the informant alongwith one Sangam reached there then the applicant ran away from the place of incident.
