The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.571 of 2025, under Section 20/60 of NDPS Act, Police Station Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, as per allegations, while applicant along with his wife was sitting in a vehicle then from the vehicle more than 74 kg. ganja was recovered and, thereafter, applicant and his wife have also been made accused along with owner of the vehicle but entire allegations levelled against the applicant are totally false. 4.
