Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is Lekhpal and a complaint was received with regard to encroachment of the public land and the report was submitted by the applicant with regard to actual encroachment. Thereafter encroachment was removed, however, complainant moved before the A.D.M. for challenging the aforesaid proceedings and it is alleged that applicant has demanded Rs.10,000/- for correcting the measurement, Rs.5000/- by way of advance and Rs.5000/- after work is completed.
