The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.201 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 109(1) BNS, Police Station Saray Inayat, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and his earlier first bail application has been dismissed after considering the fact that during investigation deceased in her statement recorded before the investigating officer stated that applicant burnt her and even there is allegation that applicant alongwith deceased also caused burn injury to her minor daughter aged about five years but in the present matter applicant is in jail since 02
