This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicants who are involved in Case Crime No.0286 of 2025, Under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1), 110 BNS., Police Station Malipur, District Ambedkar Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 is the B.Tech 2nd Year Student; There is delay in lodging the F.I.R. During course of investigation, statements of the injured witnesses were recorded and in these statements, no specific role has been assigned to the applicants.
