As both the bail applications are connected and arise from the same FIR therefore both the bail applications are being heard and disposed of by common order. 3. Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vivek Kumar Pal, learned counsel for the informant and Sri R.N. Srivastava, learned AGA for the State. 4. Both the instant bail applications have been filed seeking release of the applicants on bail in Case Crime No.048 of 2026, under Sections 85, 80(2), 115(2) BNS and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Rasulpur, District Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants submits, applicants are i
