Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is Draftsman in Nagar Palika Parishad Sahaswan, Budaun. It is submitted that it is alleged that a sum of Rs.8,000/- is alleged to have been demanded and the applicant has been caught raid handed by the trap team. It is further submitted that recovery memo and other documents have not been prepared at the spot. The applicant has no previous criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 19.11.2025 and in case he is released on bail, he will not misuse the liberty of bail and will cooperate in the trial. 4.
