Heard Sri Kranti Kiran Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nitesh Kumar Srivastava, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0657 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 316(5), 61(2), 238 BNS and Section 66D IT Act, registered at Police Station Karwi Kotwali Nagar, District Chitrakoot, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 26.1.2026. It is further submitted that the applicant is not named in the FIR and he has not received any amount in his bank
