Heard Sri Avinash Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Radhey Shyam, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 678 of 2025, under Section 3/5A/8 Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station Shamli, District Shamli, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 23.12.2025. It is further submitted that name of the applicant has surfaced in the confessional statement of arrested co-accused Rajendra and from whose possession 30kg cow meat is
