Court No. - 28 HON'BLE RAJEEV BHARTI, J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the record. 2.Prosecution story is that while the police party was on patrolling duty, on the information given by informer, the police apprehended two persons on 12.10.2025, however, one person has managed to escape from the spot. The other person Sonu Kumar Paswan was arrested from the alleged car. From his possession,91.923kg ganja in 88 packets (cannabis) was allegedly recovered. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no compliance of sections 50,55, 57 of N.D.P.S. Act which is mandatory. There is no independent public witness of the alleged recovery.
