Heard Sri Akash Tomar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Brij Lal Shukla, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.198 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2) BNS and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Rohta, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is father-in-law of the deceased and on the basis of false and general allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 4. He next submits, being father-in-law applicant is not having any concern with family affairs of the deceased and actually very often dispute arose between husband and wife and only due to this reason she committed suicide by hanging and after her death only being father-in-law
