The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicants on bail in Case Crime No. 50 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) BNS, Police Station Sisamau, District Kanpur Nagar. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the present case. She further further submitted that in the FIR as well as in the statement of the injured, only general allegation has been made against the four accused persons including the applicant.
