The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 392 of 2025, under Sections- 103(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 3(5) of B.N.S., Police Station- Raya, District- Mathura, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant has been falsely implicated, though there is no incriminating material against him.
