The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.33 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-D of I.T. Act, registered at Police Station Sachendi, District Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 4.
