The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 469 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307, 333, 336, 353 of I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, registered at Police Station Khandauli, District Agra, during pendency of the trial. 3.
