Heard Sri Raghubir Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.319 of 2025, under Sections 80(2), 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2) BNS and Section 3/4 DP Act, Police Station Fatehpur Sikari, District Agra, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however applicant is husband of the deceased but on the basis of false allegation he has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further argued, actually deceased i.e. wife of the applicant was short tempered lady and very often on small matrimonial issues she became hyper and on the date of incident again she became hyper on small issue and committed suicide by hanging. He next submits, even postmortem re
