This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant/ Yogesh, for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 276 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110 and 117(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Behjoi, District Sambhal, during pendency of trial. 3.
