This bail application has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant/ Yogesh, for grant of bail, in Case Crime No. 276 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110 and 117(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Behjoi, District Sambhal, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for accused-applicant, while pressing the bail application, submits that, the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated in the instant case and has not committed any offence, as alleged by the prosecution. No specific role has been assigned to the applicant and allegation of physical assault has been levelled against the accused-applicant and injuries caused to the injured are not dangerous to life or grievous in nature.
