The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.3 of 2026, under Sections 3 and 8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Puramufti, District Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial. 4.
