The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 129 of 2025, under Section 18/29/60/8 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Babri, District Shamli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that 2.688 kgs. opium is said to have been recovered from the joint possession of applicant and two other co-accused persons.
