The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0020 of 2026, under Sections 309(4), 309(6), 317(3), 3(5), 310(4), 351(3) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kopaganj, District Mau, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 25.1.2026. It is further submitted that the co-accused Ashwani Yadav@Mohan Yadav has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.3.
