The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, who is involved in Case Crime No.0061 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of NDPS Act, Police Station- Sujauli, District- Bahraich. 4. As per the prosecution case, the contraband substance i.e., 1.974 kg of charas is said to be recovered from the possession of the applicants. 5.
