Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is Block Education Officer. The complainant applied for leave and sanctioning the leave, illegal gratification of Rs.5,000/- was demanded by the applicant from the complainant. The complainant made a complaint and thereafter, trap team was constituted and from the possession of the applicant the amount of Rs.5,000/- was recovered. Although, it is the prosecution case that the amount was given by the complainant to the co- accused Sushil Kumar Singh. In the present case charge sheet has been submitted. The applicant has no criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail s
