The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Antisocial Activities (Prevention) Act, registered at P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has been languishing in jail since 9.2.2026. It is further submitted that five cases against the applicant has been shown in the gang chart and he is on bail in two cases and in the third case he has been acquitted and
