The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.12 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 Animal Cruelty Act and Section 106(1), 281, 324(2), 324(3) of B.N.S. and Section 2/3 Prevention of Public Property Damages Act, registered at Police Station Balua, District Chandauli, during pendency of the trial. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
