The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.346 of 2025, under Section 2(b)(i), 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Gambhirpur, District- Azamgarh. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. In the gang chart only one base case has been shown against the applicant and applicant is on bail in the said case. He contends that by arresting the applicant in the base case, he has thereafter been implicated in 10 other cases. He is on bail in all the cases.
