Heard Shri Manish Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2026, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act & Anti Social Activities Act 1986, P.S. Nasirpur, District-Firozabad, during the pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case on the strength of a solitary base case mentioned in the gang chart. The applicant contends that he has been bailed out in the said case. The applicant has criminal history of 21 cases in which the applicant is on bail and is not a previous convict. Learned counsel for the applicant further contends that the gang leader Dhr
