Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that as per he prosecution case, the police team has intercepted the applicant on the information received from the Mukhbir Khas. The applicant has confessed before the police that he was involved in the transport of minor minerals without proper authority and he was paying amount of Rs.5,000/- per truck. He submits that except for the confessional statement, there is no evidence linking the applicant with the alleged crime.
