The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.180 of 2023, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Islam Nagar, District- Budaun. 3. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is shown to be a gang leader with one base case shown in the gang chart. The applicant has been acquitted in the said case by the order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Budaun.
