The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 681 of 2025 under Section 3/5/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Ajitmal, District- Auraiya, during the pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The police allegedly on the information given by a police informer is said to have intercepted the named accused persons, who were allegedly transporting cow meat for sale.
