The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime no.56 of 2026, under Sections 8/21 NDPS Act, Police Station Gangoh, District Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He is said to have been arrested in possession of 18 grams of 'Smak'. He further contends that the amount that has been recovered is much less than the commercial quantity of 250 gms. prescribed for 'Heroin'. The applicant is having a criminal history of a previous case under the NDPS Act, in which the applicant had been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 09.01.2026, passed in Criminal Misc.
