The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.481 of 2025, under Sections- 309(6), 317(2), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Partapur, District- Meerut, during the pendency of the trial. 3. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant and his first bail application was rejected on 05.01.2026 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.40094 of 2025 on the ground that there is recovery of incriminating article on pointing out of the applicant. 4.
