The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.0132 of 2025, under Section 2 (b) (i), 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Thoothibari, District- Maharajganj. 4. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. Three cases have been shown in the gang chart against the applicant and in the said cases, the applicant is on bail. The applicant has not been convicted in any offence.
