Heard Umesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, and Shri Manoj Gautam, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.290 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 317(5), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Shahpur, District Muzaffar Ngar, during pendency of the trial. 4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the applicant was arrested by the police based on certain confidential information and three country- made pistols, some live and spent c
