The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of applicant, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.290 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 317(5), 3(5) of B.N.S. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Shahpur, District Muzaffar Ngar, during pendency of the trial. 4.
