The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 777 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of BNS, P.S.-Aonla, District Bareilly. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submitted that in the FIR as well as in the statement of the injured, only general allegation has been made against the nine accused persons including the applicant and co-accused Muneesh and Pramod Kumar, who have been released on bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.8517 of 2026 vide order dat
