Court No. - 66 HON'BLE SAMEER JAIN, J. 1. Rejoinder affidavit filed on behalf of the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Lok Nath Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA for the State. 3. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.164 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Dubahar, District Ballia, during pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is Jethani of the deceased and on the basis of false allegation she has been made accused in the present matter. 5. He further argued, before death, the dying declaration of the deceased was recorded and details of which has been noted by the I.O. during the investigation in the case diary which has been annexed at page 21 of the paperbook and from its perusal, it reflects, even according to the deceased
