Court No. - 73 HON'BLE VIKRAM D. CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. for the State submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is Seench Paryavekshak. It is alleged that in respect of purchase of land of complainant by the Government, applicant was appointed to execute sale deed and have demanded a sum of Rs.10,000/-. It is further submitted that the alleged amount has been given after execution of sale deed as per prosecution case. Proceedings for preparation of recovery memo and other necessary documents have been made at the police station. It is submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. The applicant has no previous criminal history. Applicant is languishing in jail since 12.12.2
