CHAUHAN, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. submits that instructions have been received and has no objection in case the bail application is heard on merits. 2. Heard Sri Amit Daga, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is Lekhpal and a sum of Rs.10,000/- is alleged to have been recovered from the house of the applicant and not from personal possession of the applicant by the trap team. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The maximum punishment provided under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act is upto seven years. The applicant has explained criminal history in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit in which there is no case under Prevention of Corruption Act.
