The instant bail application has been filed with a prayer to release the applicant on bail during the trial in Case Crime No. 49 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) 191(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station-Basrehar, District- Etawah. 3. This is second bail application. The first bail application i.e. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.37710 of 2025 was rejected on 06.11.2025. 4. Contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
