The present bail application has been filed by the applicant involved in Case Crime No.142 of 2011, under Sections 379, 411, 413, 419 I.P.C., Police Station Khandasa, District Ayodhya/ Faizabad. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the aforesaid case, the applicant was granted bail by the court below on 29.5.2013 and the trial of the case was going on. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant could not appear before the trial court on scheduled dates nor could he inform his counsel about his inability to attend, due to which, non-bailable warrant was issued against him and since 28.10.2025, the applicant has been languishing in jail.
