Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 281 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(f), 115(2), 352, 117(2) of BNS, Police Station - Bhagatpur, District - Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case.
